Standard Chartered and Prudential collaborating to re-imagine the bancassurance process powered by AI, exploring opportunities across Marketing, Sales, Underwriting, and Customer Service.
For PruAction, I worked with the MS design team on user stories (top leads, lead temperature, self-service, filtering, reasoning explainability) and built AI technical narratives for propensity-to-buy model reasoning.
The March 2026 agency walkthrough at the Innovation Factory continued the momentum with a 90-minute session recapping PACS PruAction use cases and Hub capabilities across 15 opportunities.
